SHIPPING

Please note our working days are from Monday – Friday. Post office is open from Monday – Friday (excluding Public Holiday). All orders will be shipped one working day after payment have been made.

Once your order is shipped, you will be notified via email with the tracking number. Supersunday will not be held responsible for any delay on shipment done by Pos Malaysia/PosLaju.

All orders within Semenanjung Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak are shipped using PosLaju. Poslaju is Malaysia’s Express Mail Service and delivers within 2 – 5 business days. Please take note that a tracking number will be given once posted. If the addressee is not available during time of delivery, they will need to pick up their parcel at the nearest Poslaju office.

NO REFUND or EXCHANGE is allowed if the parcel is returned to us when it is unclaimed. The buyer will have to pay the additional shipping charges to have it posted out again.

We offer INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING via Qexpress, DHL, PosLaju International.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, UNWORN, UNALTERED, UNWASHED, UN-IRONED with all the tags and the original packaging. The goods will be inspected once received.

Shipping charges are to be borne by the sender

The item(s) to be exchanged must be notified and returned to us within one week of receiving it.

REFUND

NO CASH REFUND on any detective items. We will do exchange only.

NO REFUND on parcel bounce back to us.

All SALE and promotional-priced items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
