At Super Sunday, we aim to ensure a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Please review our shipping and returns policy carefully before placing your order.
SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time
Our working days are Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
All orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Within Malaysia
All orders within:
- Semenanjung Malaysia
- Sabah
- Sarawak
are shipped via PosLaju (Malaysia’s Express Mail Service).
Estimated delivery time:
- 2 – 5 business days
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:
- A shipment confirmation email
- A tracking number
If the recipient is unavailable during delivery, the parcel must be collected from the nearest PosLaju branch.
Super Sunday shall not be held responsible for delays caused by courier services.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping via:
- QExpress
- DHL
- PosLaju International
Delivery times vary depending on destination country and customs processing.
Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.
Incorrect Address & Unclaimed Parcels
If a parcel is:
- Returned due to incorrect address
- Unclaimed by the recipient
- Returned after multiple failed delivery attempts
The buyer will be required to pay additional shipping charges for re-delivery.
No refund or exchange will be provided for parcels returned due to failure to claim.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept exchanges under the following conditions:
Eligibility
Items must be:
- UNWORN
- UNALTERED
- UNWASHED
- UN-IRONED
- In original packaging
- With all original tags attached
All returned items will be inspected upon receipt.
Timeframe
Requests for exchange must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.
Items must be shipped back within the approved return period.
Sale Items
All SALE and promotional-priced items are:
- Non-returnable
- Non-refundable
- Non-exchangeable
This policy is strictly enforced.
Shipping Cost for Returns
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
REFUND POLICY
Please note:
- No cash refunds will be provided for defective items. Exchange only.
- No refund will be given for unclaimed parcels returned to us.
- Sale items are strictly non-refundable.
Refunds (if approved) will only be processed in accordance with this policy.
